How We Source Our Sneakers

Every pair in our inventory is acquired through trusted channels: personal collections, verified resellers, and direct purchases from original owners. We do not buy from unauthorized third-party distributors or unverified sources. Each sneaker is inspected in-hand before it ever gets listed.

Our Authenticity Verification Process

Before listing any sneaker, we perform a thorough authenticity check that includes:

  • Tag & label inspection — factory tags, size labels, and country-of-origin markings are verified against known authentic references.
  • Stitching & construction — we examine sole attachment, stitching quality, and material consistency.
  • Colorway & materials — colors, textures, and materials are compared to authenticated pairs and official release specs.
  • Box & accessories — when included, boxes, lace bags, and extra laces are inspected for authenticity markers.

If a pair doesn't pass our check, it doesn't get listed. Period.

Condition Grading Scale

We grade every pair honestly so you know exactly what you're getting:

  • Brand New (with box) — Unworn, in original retail condition. Box included and in good shape.
  • Brand New (no box) — Unworn, in retail condition. Original box not included or not available.
  • Used / Great — Worn minimally. Light signs of use only. No significant creasing, scuffs, or sole wear. Looks nearly new.
  • Used / Good — Worn with normal signs of use. May have some creasing, light scuffs, or moderate sole wear. Still plenty of life left.

Condition is always noted clearly on every product listing. Photos reflect the actual pair you will receive.

Return & Refund Policy for Authenticity Disputes

We stand behind every pair we sell. If you believe a sneaker you received is not authentic, here's what to do:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at our contact page.
  2. Provide photos of the pair and any specific concerns.
  3. We will review your claim promptly and work with you toward a resolution — including a full refund if authenticity cannot be confirmed.

We take authenticity disputes seriously and will always make it right.

Shipping & Turnaround

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. We pack every pair carefully to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described.
